Warranties are non-transferable. We have two warranty durations, respectively, 3 years / 5 years. Standard warranty duration: lasts for 3 years. An extension of 2 years on warranty after 3 years is also possible. But the 5 years warranty must be chosen and paid initially when the customer doing the purchase in the first time. The reason is that the cost of this additional 2 years extension may change for us each year, due to an increase from the labor cost and delivery fees.

If during the first three (3) years period starts on the date of delivery to the customer, any defect on products may occur will be covered by our Limited Warranty, Comfort® will provide services without any charges.

Parts provide up to: 3 years. Breakdown Repairs: 3/5 years.

Parts: If any defect shall occur within the first three (3) years on the covered parts, Comfort® will either repair or replace the parts. During the parts warranty period, all covered parts will be shipped to consumer at no charges. For repairs under the warranty, the consumer is responsible for all costs related to return the product to Comfort®. Shipping cost for the way back, parts and labor costs for repairs are covered by Comfort® side.

Shipping: Return shipping cost to our service center will be paid by Comfort® for the first (1) Year. Packaging material and movement onboard for repair will be the responsibility of the customer.

Call the Warranty Service Center at: (+)1-888-630-9384. If upon examination by the service center that no breakdown is found, the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred.

Warranty does not cover:

Warranty shall be invalid if the defect from the Comfort® massage products was caused by accident, misuse electric supply/power; improper usage; unauthorized maintenance; damage from failure to follow the operating instructions; transportation lost/damage; theft; abuse; alteration; vandalism; or environmental causes (fire, floods, windstorm, rust, dirt, corrosion, earthquake and alike); natural fading, softening from usage, loss of use during the repair period or awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred in the shipping and handling process does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

The warranty only applies to the product and does not include towards any accessories. Comfort® or its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, injury, medical matters, and alike). Comfort® exclusive liability and the consumer's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at Comfort® option, for the replacement of the defective part. If replacements parts for defective materials are not available, Comfort® reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement. The warranties do not apply to the products with condition of demonstration, rental, or other commercial usages.
